Provision of 4 (Four) No. Capability Area Coordinators for the review of Production Processes and Personnel Development and Documentation of a Quality Assurance System.
Nexus provided personnel, management, and attendance for this project. This involved the detailed evaluation of functions and processes, the development, and implementation of the QIPS and the production of a Training strategy for the Production arm of SPDC under a three-stage improvement programme.
Scope of work includes:
Phase I:
Competence assessment of workforce.
Phase II:
Training Needs Analysis and subsequent design of “training shortfall” programmes.
Phase III:
Management of classroom and on-the-job Instructors.
