Construction Support Services

We supplied Construction Technical Services (CTS) Crew made up of 19 expatriate and 38 Nationals to Chevron for 3 years.
Commissioning and Start Up Support Services
Nexus commissioning teams develops Permit To Work systems, pre-commissioning and commissioning plans and procedures, and provides training to client commissioning personnel.
We provided 27 Expat commissioning personnel for the commissioning and startup of Onshore Asset Gas Management (OAGM) project for CHEVRON for 2 years.

Nexus Alliance is currently providing LOCAL Technical Assistance Services Support to NETCO on key projects such as the IKIKE Engineering and AKK Surf Projects.
Nexus Alliance also provided EXPAT Technical Assistance Services Support to NETCO on SNEPCO BONGA FEED PROJECT. The scope of work was to provide a HAZOP chairman to prepare the HAZOP report on the project.

Information

Nexus Alliance provided EXPAT Technical Assistance Services Support to SNEPCO on the Bonga HSE Case Review Project. This project involved producing the HSE Case in line with the requirements of the EP 2005-310 standards.

Nexus Alliance also provided EXPAT Technical Assistance Services Support to SNEPCO over several years on BSWA Deep Water Project. The scope of work was to provide a HAZOP chairman to prepare the HAZOP reports on the project.

Information
Supply of Technical Assistance Services for the commissioning and startup of Trains 4 & 5, Nigeria LNG Bonny Island.

- Production of a Training Strategy for Staff development under a 3 stage improvement programme.
Chevron
Information
Provision of Pre-commissioning and commissioning Engineers on EGP3A Onshore project.
Provision of commissioning Engineers on EGP3B Offshore Project.
- Nexus provided personnel, management and attendances for Commissioning, Start-Up and Operational Personnel for both the EGP3A onshore project and EGP3B offshore project

Information
Supply of Construction Technical Services (CTS) Crew.
- Nexus Alliance was awarded a 2 +1 Year NAPIMS/NCDMB tendered and NNPC Board approved contract by Chevron Nigeria Limited to provide Expatriate and National manpower to support its operations in Warri and Port Harcourt.”
- Nexus was contracted to provide 19 expatriate and 38 Nationals to Chevron among three other contractors who also won the award to provide this service.
- The manpower to be supplied includes: construction representatives, construction engineers, safety officers, project planners/project controls, materials, training coordinators, QA/QC personnel, designers/ drafting personnel, inspectors of different disciplines including civil/structural, electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, welding, vessel, tanks, piping, painting and material, and national project support administrators.

Information
Provision of 4 (Four) No. Capability Area Coordinators for the review of Production Processes and Personnel Development and Documentation of a Quality Assurance System.
- Nexus provided personnel, management and attendances for this project. This involved the detailed evaluation of functions and processes, development and implementation of the QIPS and the production of a Training strategy for the Production arm of SPDC under a three-stage improvement programme.
- Scope of work includes:

Training Needs Analysis and subsequent design of “training shortfall” programmes.

- UMBRELLA CONTRACT: under this contract, Nexus has supplied over 600 Expatriates of varying disciplines in Technical and Senior engineering positions to SPDC in support of its various projects both onshore and offshore Nigeria

Information
Supply of over 200 Personnel on several SPIE Nigeria projects.
- Nexus Alliance has been providing Technical Assistance Services Support to SPIE since 2018 on several key projects such as the AKPO MTMC project; AKPO FMC project; SNL FILIALE – BASE project; ERHA GMC project; ANYALA nad IKIKE (AVEON) project; AZURA EDO Plant Project- Phase 2; AMENAM OML 99 CORE Crew.
