Background

Over the past 20 years, Nexus Alliance and/or its affiliates have trained over 4000 graduate and technicians in a variety of its capacity development programs such as the SITP, FSTP, DPR Management Program etc. We have also offered bespoke training courses to many organisations in diverse industries both locally and abroad. We have therefore deemed it necessary to establish our Academy Alumni Programme in order to:

Stay in touch with past trainees/ participants
Keep at the forefront of industry developments, and
Provide networking opportunities and continuous capacity development initiatives.

The goal

To follow up and assess the impact of the capacity development interventions delivered by Nexus Academy to our trainees in the workplace.
To identify and maintain relationships with NEXUS CHAMPIONS who are connected to the larger industry and can create or influence business opportunities for Nexus.
To create a skilled body of professionals connected by the Nexus ACADEMY who will continue to network and benefit from programs/initiatives run by the academy.
Create a global talent pool.

How will we achieve this?

The platform

Primary: A dedicated WEBPAGE linked to the Nexus Alliance website that allows interested participants to register, provide us with current details and interact amongst themselves. They will also have instant access to publications, information on new training events, thought leadership pieces etc posted on the website.
Secondary: Other social Media like twitter, Facebook, Instagram, linkedin. Nexus Alumni APP on your phone, Blog.
