Ken Igboanugo has a B.Sc (Hons) Biochemistry; B. Eng. (Hons) Petroleum Engineering and an MBA Project Management Technology from the Federal University of Technology Owerri.

Ken has over 25 years post-qualification experience in operations, maintenance, project management and administration in the manufacturing sector and Oil and Gas Industry in multicultural and multilingual environments. He started his career at the National Fertilizer Company of Nigeria (NAFCON) as a Graduate Trainee in 1986 and rose to Supervisor, Superintendent, Production Manager and Admin Manager in 2002.

His dedication to service was recognised through commendations such as safety awards for the safest plant for 5 years running from 1992 – 1997 and the best staff award in 1994.  He later joined Enereco Engineering Services Limited as a Business Development Manager , coordinating many successful projects with SHELL, AGIP and SAIPEM.

At Nexus Alliance, Ken is the Executive Director in charge of Technical Services with the primary responsibility of developing and managing the company’s Asset and Maintenance Integrity Engineering service offerings and applying his skills to Business Development, Project Management and Consulting.

He currently heads the Port Harcourt Office with a team of over 12 Engineers and consultants delivering various strategic oil and gas projects.
